空調加氟的方法有兩種:

1.采用在壓縮機的吸氣管上重新焊接一段維修工藝管進行加氟;

具體步驟:

1、去除濾器工藝管的一段,把一單向閥插入余下的工藝管中一厘米處焊接好,另一端焊接三通維修閥的連接銅管。
1. Remove a section of the filter process pipe, insert a one-way valve into the remaining process pipe and weld it one centimeter away, and weld the copper pipe connecting the three-way maintenance valve to the other end.
2、檢查空調的漏氟點,如果有要及時焊補好,再開啟壓縮機和真空泵,使管路內的空氣邊循環抽真空。
2. Check the fluorine leakage points of the air conditioner, and if there are any, weld them in a timely manner. Then turn on the compressor and vacuum pump to circulate and vacuum the air in the pipeline.
3、檢查空調是否有故障,如果有,要及時進行空調維修,如果空調使用年限過大,不能滿足加氟條件必須回收。

4、連接氟瓶與三通維修閥,并將連接管中的空氣排出。在空調停機狀態下,將氟瓶倒立進行液態加氟,同時用能計量的工具稱重,當氟瓶內氟的減少量等于空調額定的加氟量時,要馬上停止加氟,以免加氟過多,造成負面影響。
4. Connect the fluorine bottle to the three-way maintenance valve and exhaust the air in the connecting pipe. When the air conditioner is shut down, invert the fluorine bottle and add liquid fluorine. At the same time, use a measuring tool to weigh it. When the reduction of fluorine in the fluorine bottle is equal to the rated amount of fluorine added by the air conditioner, stop adding fluorine immediately to avoid adding too much fluorine and causing negative effects.

如果是維修的空調,必須控制系統及執行元件必須正常;管路系統必須已有效排除空氣、水分、阻塞、泄漏點等情況;過濾網、內外熱交換器應清潔,通風良好。
